On October the 5th 2012 I'll depart from London in the UK and start a 10 month cycle across Europe then down through Africa all the way to Cape Town. Along the way I'll create awareness of the great work that St Catherine's hospice is doing and I hope to inspire many other people to follow their dreams and challenge themselves.
