Story

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

This fundraiser has been created as a sadaqa jarriya for our brother sudais sam.

Sudais was an amazing person who departed us early and returned to his lord.

Assalaamu Alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakaatuh.

Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji'un.

"Surely we belong to Allah (SWT) and to him we must return"

This page has been created solely to benefit our beloved brother Sudais Sam, so that he may continue to gain rewards in the hereafter. Sudais passed away by drawning on holiday back in his country Germany after Eid, in this blessed month of Hajj on 13th July 2022. He was 18 years old when he returned to our creator Allah (SWT).

Insha Allah Sudais is a martyr. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "The martyrs are five: Those who die of the plague, stomach illness, drowning, being crushed, and the martyr in the cause of Allah" (Narrated by Abu Hurairah, Jami` at-Tirmidhi 1063)

Brief story of our brother Sudais Sam:

Those who knew Sudais, will know that he was such a kindhearted bubbly person, always had a smile on his face, enjoyed life to the full with family & friends, always willing to help others, and was loved by everyone. He encouraged many people to become better Muslim. He touched our lives and it was an honour to have known him.

Sudais would give khutba in Jumma about death and reminding us how temporary this life is, and to prepare for the hereafter, not knowing he will be the first to meet his lord amongst us.

We pray that Allah (SWT) forgives any wrongdoing of his, places him amongst the Shuhada, showers him with mercy, allocate him the highest rank in firdous and grant him intercession on the day of judgement. May Allah widen his grave an open a window for him to his place in Jannah. Allahuma ameen.

(“Sa'ad asked: Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), Umm Sa'ad has died; what form of sadaqah is best? He replied: Water (is best)” Narrated by Sa'ad ibn Ubadah, Hasan Al-Albani)

Please support our cause and donate generously. The donations will go directly to Ummah welfare trust, where 100% of the donations will go to building water wells to provide clean water where it is needed most

(The Prophet ﷺ said:"when a someone passes away, their good deeds will also come to an end except for three: Sadaqah Jariyah (ceaseless charity); a knowledge which is beneficial, or a virtuous descendant who prays for them [the deceased]" Narrated by Abu Hurairah, Sahih Muslim)

Sudais was one of us, and we don’t know who amongst us will be next. We pray that this sadaqah helps him and that when our time comes, there will be people that will do this for us inshaAllah.

(NOTE: please make sure to add gift aid when donating, it will add 25% of the donations on top)

Jazakum Allahu khair
