In 2018 and 2019, we walked 26 miles along the Jurassic Coast, raising money for Julia's House, a local charity that reaches out to children with life-shortening and life-threatening conditions, providing bespoke care that supports the whole family. 

These walks inspired us to tackle the whole of the South West Coastal Path as a celebration of our Golden Wedding anniversary, which was in Aug 2020. We started off in February last year, intending to finish last September!! We all know why we didn't manage it, but undeterred we restarted whenever Covid restrictions allowed us to and we're delighted to be finishing on Sunday 24th October. 

All Charities have been challenged during the pandemic, and so, we decided that we would try to use our completed challenge as a springboard for some fundraising.
