CHARITY TWELVE HOUR JU-JITSU GASSHUKU

On December 19th my training partner Sean & I will be participating in a twelve hour Japanese Jujitsu Gasshuku ( intensive training) to raise awareness & funds for Royal British Legion,

During the twelve hours we will be covering all aspects of our style, this will be physically and mentally challenging and we are asking for your support,

Over the past few months we have done various challenges to help keep us on track with our training and raised £300 for Alder Hey children's hospital.

Moving forward toward our final challenge of 2021 we are asking if you would share our training videos, just giving link and help us raise funds for another great charity
