We want you to take part in Best foot forward for kidney patients, walk, run or dog walk 60,000 steps, this can be done over the month, in one week or even a day. The 60,000 steps represents the 60,000 kidney patients transplanted or on dialysis.

Story

This June I’m taking part in Best foot forward for kidney patients, by walking the minimum of 60,000  additional extra steps  in June that’ represents the 60,000 kidney patients transplanted or on dialysis.

Im aiming to do an outdoor walk everyday of the month. I’m doing this as I’m lucky enough to to be celebrating my 35 th kidney transplant anniversary. The NKF has been there for me during the 3 years years i was on dialysis to the current day .

If you could find a few pounds spare to support this wonderful charity it  would be very much appreciated .
