Because I currently volunteer for PHH, I have a good understanding of the wonderful work this charity does for those who are living with a life threatening illness and choosing to receive palliative care in the home.  This is why I have taken up the Peninsula Home Hospice Grampians Challenge where I raisefunds for this worthwhile charity and undertake a 35km walk on March 18-20, 2016.  I am looking forward to this opportunity to raise funds as well as giving myself a personal challenge to achieve.
