I am attempting a Virgin Triathlon, Shock Absorber Women's Tri, the Great East Swim and three other smaller events this year in memory of a dear colleague, Julia Perrin, who sadly passed away this year.

Julia, a seasoned long distanced runner, inspired me to run my first marathon so I want to try and raise a shed load of money for the Macmillan Charity who have supported so many people with cancer and their famillies.
