Lung Ha is a theatre company that stages professional productions with a cast of learning disabled/autistic actors.

It's life-changing for the actors, giving people who are often marginalised and made invisible, the chance to stand centre stage and command attention. It gives them the opportunity to create beautiful, meaningful art, gives them a sense of identity and a place in the world. It supports them to smash brilliantly and boldly through the limits they, and the rest of the world, thought they had.

(It also happens to be amazing for the volunteer support workers like me. We get to be part of an incredibly warm, supportive, fun community, to work on professional productions in theatres across Scotland, and to experience immense pride in the actors we support.)

This is just a wee walk of 4.6 miles, but every penny donated will be gratefully received and meaningfully spent - thank you!
