I'm really pleased to say that the training paid off and I was able to Run All the Way!!!! I achieved the biggest challenge that I've ever set myself and finished in 2hr 25 mins.

Thanks to everyone who came, especially my family from South Wales.  Thanks to YOU for being so kind to sponsor me.  No other way could we have raised an enormous £878 (as of 15/7/07) !!!     It was lovely seeing Sioned near the finishing line and so many others cheering me on.  Wow, I recommend it to everyone willing to train.  it's worth it!!
