I have done several fund raising events( Mt. Kilimanjaro, Inca Trail, Ben Nevis, Mt. Snowdon etc) where physical endurance is challenged. 

The current fund raising is going to put our mental endurance to test. Current Challenge Firewalk is "Mind over Matter". We have all faced our fair share of challenges in recent times, and an experience like this can reconnect us with our innate ability to adapt and overcome when times get tough. Fire walking discovers how our own mental health is an invaluable asset and how, by thinking a little differently, we can determine how the experience we have in everyday life affect us.

Reachout Now is a UK registered charity that works with local communities on projects to improve education, health and quality of life, with a particular focus on children's welfare. Most importantly 100%, of donation goes to the good cause as all the admin costs are borne by the trustees.

Current project for which we are raising funds is where Reachout Now plans to significantly improve the existing school with a new facility in Tanzania, by constructing new classroom and creating a better learning environment for the students.

This will directly benefit the children from the nearby orphanage as around 70 of these children attend the school alongside children from the local neighborhood.

Due to the rapid expansion of the town, the local school is no longer equipped to sufficiently educate the increasing number of children who attend it.

In each year group, around 200 children are crammed into a small classroom. As a result of this overcrowding, many children are forced to sit on the floor. These inadequate facilities and the impact it has on teaching quality creates a poor learning environment and denies the children of a fair chance to reach their full potential.
