I live in Shanghai and on October 3rd am running 26 laps around the lake near my home to help raise awareness of the mistreatment of dogs and cats and raise funds for the NoToDogMeat Foundation.

My dogs will join me for some of the run.

I did London virtual marathon and my best running buddy Lucky almost run half marathon distance with me and I was so proud of us.We all run for the dogs.
