Combat Stress are the UK’s leading charity for veterans’ mental health.For over a century, they’ve helped former servicemen and women deal with trauma-related mental health problems such as anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

To mark the Nepalese New Year 2078, 14 Apr 2021, Gurkha Company have braved this year to cover a distance of 2078 km by either cycling, running or rowing to raise fund for mental health awareness. Gurkha Company will donate the amount raised to Combat Stress to help veterans who need mental health support.
