We have chosen the Salisbury Hospice as we both have experience of having parents who needed this type of care.  Learning the salsa as part of raising funds for this charity seemed like a good way to get some time with each other as well as benefit s good cause. 

We are at the home stretch with a final week of practise. So very nervous... let's hope the judges will be kind to us! We had lots of fun and actually got some exercise as part if this training.Thanks to Jackie for her help and support in getting us ready! 

On a personal note, We lost Adheer's mum 3 years ago after she bravely fought cancer for 2 years, and my dad who struggled with pulmonary fibrosis for 5 years. They were fortunate to have the support of family and friends during this time, especially as we were living abroad. We sincerely appreciated the time and dedication of these individuals, however not everybody is blessed to have a network of people around you during this difficult time. 

Therefore, we were keen to support the event because we understand  how vital the services are that are provided by the charity for terminally ill people and their families when support and care is required  

We would really appreciate your support in raising fund for this amazing cause. We just need a bit more finessing and loads more practise... and to get over the nerves.

 The event is on the 14th of March 2020 and is  'Sold Out' !
