🍻 After a conversation at their local pub, Ciara and Mark have decided to embark on quite a challenge! 

🏄🏽 In May 2019, over the course of 4 days, Mark will be paddle boarding 100 miles along the River Thames, raising money for children and adults in Bristol who have Cystic Fibrosis. Ciara, who has been living with CF for 25 years, will be there with him for the duration of the paddle, offering words of encouragement and occasionally spraying him with a water pistol.

🌟Money raised for the Cystic Fibrosis Comfort Fund will go towards medical equipment, community support, financial grants and will support patients and their families. As someone who has previously benefited from donations made to the comfort fund, Ciara knows how life changing this money can be. 

⛵There will be support for Mark both on the water and on land across the 4 days, but we'd love for YOU to get involved and welcome any support and love you can offer!
