Story

We are teenagers between the ages of 16 and17 taking part in the NCS (National Citizen Service) this is a programme that engages people in their local community. We decided to help The Butterfly Garden. The Butterfly Garden is a place where people with physical or mental disability of any age can go and do activities they wouldn’t normally be able to do like woodwork and gardening or they can visit just to relax. To help The Butterfly Garden we are going to do a sponsored twilight walk on Wednesday 7th August to help raise money for them. The walk will be 24 miles in total which will start at Birdlip school and it will end at Murray Hall.
