Communities in the Horn of Africa are facing the threat of starvation following four consecutive failed rainy seasons in many parts of the region. Read Horn of Africa is working to provide immediate support to families impacted by the droughts.

A team of humanitarians coming together to climb mount Snowdon all in aid of the Horn of Africa appeal. Helping impoverished communities in Kenya.
