So for some crazy reason we've decided to attempt Tough Mudder!! Whilst this is guaranteed to result in several serious injuries we thought we'd raise money for a good cause in the process! 

A couple of us were lucky enough to visit Nepal a couple of years ago and were overwhelmed by the generosity of the local people. The recent earthquake has devastated the country and there are thousands of people who need help to re-build their homes and feed their families. We're raising money to help these people and we'd love your support!
