We at SURFC have recently begun out partnership with Solent Mind and a few of our members are partaking in RED January, where you run every day and fundraise. Participating members will be running at least a mile every day (including Jan 1st which could be a test) Solent Mind is a great charity which aims to increase awareness around mental health and supports many people and deserves lots of support.
