Who do you walk for? This year thousands of people will walk for everyone affected by dementia. By taking part in Memory Walk, you can help us raise as much money as possible so that we can support families living with dementia now and in the future.

Story

We'd like to invite you to donate to our 8th Memory Walk - we’re doing it again to keep on fundraising in the hope that we can move towards a world without dementia.

We’re walking for the Alzheimer's Society, we started in 2016 when my Dad (Adam's Grandpa) was about to head into residential care. It's also the fourth one we'll be doing in his memory as we lost him in November 2019.

So far, thanks to your generosity, we've raised over £10,000.

It's not the most strenuous walk as Adam isn't allowed to do the longer ones yet, so we'd love any fivers and/or tenners you can spare.

But the charity does need support so we'd be really grateful for anything larger that you're able to donate.  Thank you!

(If you are able to donate then please try to leave an email address so we can thank you, even if the public donation is anonymous.  And remember Gift Aid if you're a UK taxpayer please)

Alzheimer’s Society is transforming the landscape of dementia forever.

Until the day we find a cure, we will create a society where those affected by dementia are supported and accepted, able to live in their community without fear or prejudice.
