We are the Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) and we're leading a movement against suicide, the single biggest killer of men under the age of 45 in the UK.

Story

WOW. I never imagined this. Unbelievable support, to everyone that has donated THANK YOU. Together we can save men.

The Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) is leading a movement against suicide, the single biggest killer of men under the age of 45 in the UK.Anyone can hit crisis point. CALM run a free and confidential helpline and webchat 7 hours a day, 7 days a week for anyone who needs to talk about lifes problems.

I ran a marathon back in April, because I fancied it and because I’m done in Surrey I thought trekking home would be fun and rewarding. I am also doing a trek the week before at Hadrians Wall with friends for another fundraiser.

NOS CANISTERS

I have been noticing lots of empty nos canisters on my walls. Once you have donated I will ask you for your guess of the number of canisters I will pick up on the trek. The closest guess will win 50% of the donation I put in after the trek is complete. I’m putting in 50p for every individual donation.

Thanks everyone
