Those who know me well will know my fear of heights....so why abseil? It started with seeing a FB post from Rhys' mum about the Abseil the Owen Building to raise funds Together For Rhys - over the next few weeks my thoughts kept returning to not being brave enough to join in. Eventually it dawned on me that true bravery is what is shown by Rhys and his family - and all others living with Duchenne every day.
