I am so lucky to work for an organisation like the MS Trust. The team is passionate and dedicated to improving the lives of people living with multiple sclerosis. 

Through my work I see day in day out just how debilitating this condition can be, and how essential it is for people living with MS to receive the necessary care and support they deserve. The reality is that so many people living with MS don’t receive this support and are left to deal with this cruel, unpredictable illness alone. The MS Trust are the only MS charity actively recruiting MS health professionals to support people living with MS today. 

Soooooo I thought I should step my game up and get my ass out running to try and raise some pennies! I am not a runner!! For some people 10k is no distance at all, but for me it will be the furthest I’ve ever run and it will very much burn! It won’t be a case of turning up on the day and nipping around the course, I will need to train and have been training for several months! 

I know times are hard at the moment, but people living with MS really do deserve more, so any support you can give will be so appreciated!
