Just4Children are raising funds for SDR surgery to change Poppy's life for the better. 

I am Poppy's grandma. I was present when Poppy was born. A tiny little human so precious I thought my heart would burst with the love.

After Poppy was diagnosed I accompanied Jess on a number of appointments hoping that something could be done but brain damage cannot be mended and there is no miracle cure. Grief comes in many guises but so does hope and with SDR surgery comes opportunity. So I am supporting Jess and Jeremy by setting up this page and bringing you the opportunity to own one of my blankets. 

I've called my project "Sunshine in Autumn" because Poppy is sunshine; warm and bright and beautiful, and Autumn because it's my favourite season for colour and texture. 

The blanket will be made of 179 Hexagons and I'm asking for sponsorship of £10 per Hexagon. Every person who sponsors a Hexagon will go into a draw to win the finished blanket. Once all the Hexagons have been sponsored I will do the draw. The more Hexagons you sponsor, the more chances you will get to win the finished blanket. 

£10 = 1 chance, £20 - 2 chances, £50 - 5 chances!
