This June I am walking My Memories Walk for Bolton Hospice. Bolton Hospice was so important to us in my dads final days. It has been 5 years since Dad passed away but our support for the hospice carries on in his memory.

The hospice cared for our family in the most difficult times. Your support means other families will get support and care at the most upsetting times.
