In a moment of madness Garry and I decided to cycle 20 miles next Sunday, 8th June. Now I know this will be easy for Garry but, as you all know, this is way beyond my comfort zone!!

Seriously though, my dad died from Parkinson's 2 years ago and I want to raise as much as possible for Parkinson's Uk so that they can continue to try to find a cure for this cruel disease. If you are able to sponsor me, that would be great but otherwise perhaps you could give me your moral support next Sunday - especially if it is raining!!!!
