My very "bestest" and oldest friend Gill was diagnosed just over 2 years ago Motor Neurone Disease and I want to do something to raise awareness and funds for this very cruel disease.  For those of you who know me I'm not a walker and don't like the cold I only like the water if its in a hot country, so this will be a challenge for both me and Steve.
