update, 11/11/18

I completed my swim today -22miles.  There’s still to to sponsor me for a great cause!!!

I  love swimming!  But I know others cannot enjoy the luxury of moving freely in water - maybe due to injuries.  It seems fitting to use  my hobby to help those with spinal injuries.  So...,I am swimming the distance across the Channel in my local pool.  Please sponsor me if you are able.  Many thanks!
