Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
I was diagnosed with MS in 2009 shortly after the birth of my daughter. My mobility has become progressively worse over the years to the stage where I now have to use a wheelchair for getting about outwith the house. Sometimes I even have to use it in the house depending on how my MS is behaving!
MS has taken away so much from me including my mobility, my confidence and even some so called friends. However, it has given me so much more, a strength and determination I didn't know I have and a love of fundraising.
MS is an inconvenience in my life but I will not let it stop me trying out new activities. Doing a zip wire has been on my bucket list for a long time and now I have found a fully accessible zip wire I can tick off that particular activity whilst raising awareness and funds for a cause which is really important to me.
Thank you for reading my story and I appreciate any donation you might be able to make. Even if you can only donate £1 it is still £1 that will go towards helping people with this debilitating illness. All money raised will go to the MS Society Moray Group so will be used to help local people with MS.
