My family has been affected deeply by members suffering from both primary and secondary brain tumours at a reasonably young age. Nothing takes away the essence of your loved ones more than a terminal neurological illness. Feeling helpless to do anything is really awful and thinking of the years you could have had together stolen from you is heart breaking.

Treatment options are still limited for brain tumours and there are several barriers to clinical trials in this area and lack of funding.
