My name is Sue and I am raising funds for Orangutan Veterinary Aid, a voluntary run charity dedicated to to providing veterinary equipment to the orangutan rescue groups and centres in Indonesia.
I am delighted to have the rare opportunity to visit Central Kalimantan, where I shall see for myself the amazing work being done by OVAID and its partners. If you know me, you know one of my greatest passions is caring for and providing a future these beautiful and precious creatures.
I don't doubt that I'll find the experience physically and mentally demanding, but also immeasurably rewarding. As a condition of going on this trip, I am required to make a donation of £850 (approx. A$1500). All the funds raised on this site goes directly to OVAID.
