Mount Cavell Challenge · 22 August 2015 to 29 August 2015 ·

Cavell is the charity supporting UK nurses, midwives, and nursing associates, working and retired, when they’re suffering personal or financial hardship often due to illness, disability, older age, domestic abuse and the ongoing cost of living crisis.

Story

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

In aid of the Cavell Nurses’ Trust centenary appeal, I have decided to take on the challenge of climbing Mount Edith Cavell, one of the tallest peaks in the Canadian Rockies, to raise monies to support UK nurses, midwives and healthcare assistants during difficult times. It is anticipated that it will take up to 18 hours to complete and take place at the end of August 2015, subject to weather conditions. Just in case that’s not exhausting and challenging enough also planning to take on rock climbing and glacier walking!

Your donation is really important and very much appreciated.
