This New Years Eve, I'm going intergalactic as part of the world's biggest, FREE online rave-a-thon to raise money for a charity close to my heart. Help Musicians UK provided financial support when I needed some expensive treatment which, if left unchecked, may well have meant an end to singing. I am indebted to them, so I not only want to show my appreciation, but also stand in solidarity with such an important musical charity when artists are facing some of the toughest times in an already competitive career. Every step I take will be planted firmly in the name of art - with the joy of dancing, and hope for our future!

Because of who I am, I've also realised merely committing to a five-hour rave-a-thon isn't quite enough (!) and it just seemed too much of a coincidence to notice that December 31st will mark my 100th day of yoga in a row. So, in the lead up to the rave, I will also be doing 24 hours straight of Yoga with Adriene. For those of you who have not yet experienced this powerful YouTube channel, please go and take a look. Cultivating a daily home yoga practice with the help of Adriene has been one of the best things I've done these last few months, and it's absolutely helped me get through some of the toughest days in my life. So please show your support for what may well finish *me* off, let alone 2020!
