Jurassic Coast Challenge · 22 May 2021 to 23 May 2021 ·

The RLHKPA assists persons suffering from kidney disease who are patients of The Royal London & St. Bartholomews Hospitals, & associated renal units. Also, it helps family of such renal patients, as defined above, who are in necessitous circomstances.

Story

2020/2021 has been a tough time for so many, not least for people living with kidney disease.

RLHKPA is a registered charity founded in 1972, and  is a self-help group of Barts Health Trust renal patients, their families and friends. Today the association helps its members and families by providing holidays they might not otherwise be able to take; supporting research into renal health; making grants which promote the interest of renal patients and their families; keenly promoting organ donation.

I work closely with many of these patients and would like to raise as much money as possible to support them as they continue their great work. To do so I am planning to walk 58 kilometres (36 miles) in ONE day along the Jurassic Coast!

Any donations would be so gratefully received. Thank you!
