Mollie, my 12 year old daughter asked to raise money for Cancer by doing a walk.  London Marathon over!  Just to go now is my first open water swim competition (3km in Sweden), I added this to the walk! We decided to go for the three peaks in the UK. 

We finished the three peaks - each day for a different person to remember. Ben Nevis - Dan, Mollie's Godfather, Scafell - Grandad Cliff & Grandad Brian, Snowdon - after fighting past the moments of wanting to give up, Mollie was inspired by the "never give in" motto of Ellinor Carlsson and also Mr Wallsten, buildings manager from IES Kista who Mollie was so proud to win a sports award at school in memory of this term.It is a humble reminder that even at such a young age, children are aware of how important it is to support charities such as worldwide cancer research, because the experience loved ones lost. 

Next up - 3km Vansbro swim. This is a first for me as an open swim. Fingers crossed the water warms up!!!
