We all know someone who has/or has had Cancer. It affects us all. 

Doing a 38 consecutive dips in a row to raise awareness & raise funds for Cancer. 

This has great health benefits- well I’m told this😂  I’m doing it because I can 

Im doing it as a cold water challenge . As this has been proven to aid mental health wellness. During the winter my mental health takes a real dip. So I decided to do something about it this year , aswell as fundraise. This charity really helps & I know a couple of precious people atm going through a brave & courageous battle.

I do the Dee dip regularly on auld years  , However in this challenge  I’m doing cold water dips each day from today - 20 th November 2021 until New Year’s Day 2022 , in the hope to raise funds and awareness for Cancer research UK. We all know someone affected by Cancer. Can I ask you to support my cause . Even a £1 collectively helps. Over n out.
