So what is this stupidity? This is an ex-Navy Seal challenge. It’s called the 4 x 4 x 48. And it’ll be the toughest thing I’ve ever done fitness-wise. I’m going to be running 4 miles, every 4 hours for a full 48 hours. And why would ANYONE actually want to do this?? Here’s why...
This is story about an inspirational little girl. Her name is Amelie and she attends the same school as my very own children. At a very young age, Amelie was diagnosed with Leukaemia and spent much of her younger years battling against it with intense chemotherapy. After over 2 years of being off treatment sadly, Amelie’s leukaemia has returned and at the moment, they’re just trying to determine the best and safest treatment for her. As expected, this has deeply affected her family. But Amelie remains strong, positive and super brave. But this is all too close to home. Amelie is in the year above my daughter and her brother is in my son’s class. So I can’t not do something to help Amelie, her family and all the other children and their families that are enduring a suffering we can only imagine. Please take a look below at what the CCLG does. This is so important to thousands of people. Please, please if you can spare anything, help me raise some money for this amazing cause.
