As most of you know, I work on the Respiratory Unit at Epsom Hospital. Since March we have faced exceptionally challenging times and these look set to continue throughout the winter.  

I also love running! So I have decided to try and run everyday single day thoughout November and raise money for my trust while I’m at it! 

We are currently facing uncharted waters as we navigate through the next wave of the COVID-19 pandemic, but one constant always remains.
