Hello my Lovelies

Well I've taken the plunge, there is no going back now, 26 miles it is. There are several reasons I have decided to do this: 1) my mum has vascular dementia and I have know several people with Alzheimers. It is going to affect all of us, either personally or someone we love, and they need to do more research into all aspects of the disease. 2) I needed a real challenge to give me a kick to finally get fit and 3) The Celtic, druidic, pagan aspect of my personality cannot refuse an opportunity to walk between two of the most important sacred sites in the world and tell stories along the way!!
