Story

Room to Heal supports torture survivors in London. Our members are refugees and asylum seekers who have fled unimaginable horror. They come to the UK to seek protection after enduring long and dangerous journeys. And when they finally arrive in the UK, looking for a safe place to live a normal life, they soon realise this isn't possible. At Room to Heal, through our group therapy, community activities, and support to get through the asylum process, our community gives people the space to reconnect, to build trust and to rekindle hope for their future. With your support, we can make a difference. "I am feeling I am getting better and I could not say this without Room to Heal. You were always there. I am thankful for that." PLEASE STAND WITH OUR COMMUNITY - PLEASE DONATE NOW Your support will sustain our community, for example through group therapy, community activities and casework support. Every gift, large or small, makes a difference. Thank you.
