As you all know, I was diagnosed with Stage 3 Bowel cancer last September. I have since had major bowel surgery and am currently undergoing six months of pretty intensive chemo.

Before my diagnosis I was a pretty keen runner, but have found it really hard to access the support I needed post surgery and during chemo to get my activity levels back. The charity Treckstock has been an invaluable resource to me, and I hope to become one of their ambassadors in the future, so that I can help other people in my area in the hope that they get an easier ride than I did. 

So, regardless of how well I may be feeling I am determined to do some kind of activity each day for the next 34 days (even if it's just hoovering or walking the dog) in an attempt to help them keep doing the amazing work that they do during this very difficult time of Covid-19.
