Anyone that knows either of us will know how easily we get cold, and all of us (especially the students among us!) know how miserable it can be to be freezing at home.

Unfortunatly not everyone can get up easily to put on another jumper, or move around to keep warm

AgeUK's campaign to "Spread the Warmth" is so important to keep the older generation comfortable, so we are going to be getting all hot and sweaty to help warm up people who are too old to do things like this to keep warm! :)
