We're a charity that works to preserve and protect historic and open spaces for ever, for everyone. We look after historic houses, gardens, mills, coastline, forests, woods, fens, beaches, farmland, moorlands, islands, archaeological remains, nature reserves, villages and pubs.

Story

Nearly all of us love the coast - it holds a special place in our hearts and memories, and has the power to enhance our lives.

The National Trust, is a conservation charity that cares for over 300 miles of coast across the South West for people and for nature. It costs us £3,000 a year to look after each mile of coast in our care - for millions of people to access, enjoy and cherish.

Please help us to care for our extraordinary coast in the South West by donating today. Every donation, however small, will make a difference and help to make sure our coast enriches the lives of current and future generations - thank you for your support.
