Sweet Charity - the sugar challenge 2018 · 15 January 2018

The Hunger Project is a global, non-profit, strategic organisation committed to the sustainable end of world hunger. We seek to end hunger & poverty by empowering people to lead lives of self-reliance, meet their own basic needs & build better futures for their children. www.thehungerproject.org.uk

Story

Kit Yoon and Annabel Boys are two health coaches, living on two different continents (UK and US). But we share the same mission: to help make the world a better place through health coaching.

Last year we raised over $10K for United World Schools. This year (2018) we are delighted to be supporting the fantastic work that the Hunger Project does worldwide supporting and empowering women to better feed their families.

The average person in the US consumes 126.4grams of sugar PER DAY, and in the UK we're not much better: 93.2grams! The World Health Organisation recommends that an adult should have a max of 25grams per day.

If you struggle to tame your sweet tooth then taking our challenge will help you to reset your relationship with sugar. Pledge to go sugar-free for a week or more and donate any amount to our fund through this page and we will give you health coaching support for free.

When you donate, you'll find a link on the 'Thank you page' to sign up to be part of our sweet charity community - you will receive email support and also membership of a private facebook group where we will giving DAILY support between 15th Jan and 11th Feb 2018.
