Story

Thank you for visiting our fundraising page. Please dig deep and sponsor Scott White and Hookins online.

On the 20th June 2015, a team of ten colleagues from SWH will be undertaking the Three Peaks Challenge. We are raising money for the JDRF, which is the leading global organisation for funding Type 1 Diabetes (T1D) research. This is in support of Peter O'Donnell, a senior engineer in our Winchester Office, whom has previously raised money for the Charity after his family members were diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes.

The Three Peaks Challenge is to ascend Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon (the three highest mountains in Scotland, England and Wales) during a single 24 hour period starting on 20th June and finishing on 21st June. It involves walking 26 miles and climbing 10,000 feet, and driving over 450 miles all in the space of 24 hours!

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor SWH: JDRF will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you. So please sponsor me now!

Many thanks for your support.
