The Challenge....
SWIM100 - To complete 100 swims over the course of the upcoming year to raise money for the Alzheimer's society.
The Rules....
Each swim must be outdoors - lido's, lakes, rivers, the sea - anything counts as long as there is sky overhead.
Each swim must be in a different location.
The Charity....
Alzheimer’s Society is transforming the landscape of dementia forever. Until the day we find a cure, we will create a society where those affected by dementia are supported and accepted, able to live in their community without fear or prejudice.
