Could you make a splash for people affected by dementia? We're challenging you to swim 1, 5 or 10 miles in 30 days.

Story

The past year has been tough for everyone but coronavirus has hit people affected by dementia the hardest and continues to disrupt lives. So that's why I'm making a splash and taking on Swim for Dementia.

I am doing this swim as it’s a charity that means a lot to me. My dad was recently diagnosed with dementia and swimming has always bee a passion of mine. So I will be swimming 10 miles over the 22 weekdays in September which works out at 30 laps each day.

Please donate to support me and ensure Alzheimer's Society can be there for the people who need them most.
