I'm making a splash and taking on Swim for Dementia. 900,000 people are currently living with dementia across the UK and my wonderful Dad is one of them.

I am swimming 10 miles in 30 days starting on 3rd January 2023. The 10 miles works out at 880 lengths in a 20m pool. Any donation big or small will be really appreciated and I can continue to support an amazing cause and make my Dad proud. 💙
