I am swimming 10 miles in 30 days to help raise money for this amazing charity who help those diagnosed with dementia and their families. After witnessing my grandparents deteriorate from this disease and experiencing the effect this had on myself and my family this is a charity very close to my heart. I can’t wait to get back in the pool and start raising money to help those in a similar position!
