SWSH Christmas Jumper Day 2020 · 11 December 2020

Help Hackney people who are struggling to eat during the Covid-19 crisis.

Story

Every year, the Surgery and Women's Health Services division raises money for a local charity for Christmas Jumper day. This is our chance to give back to our local community while having a bit of fun and spreading some festive joy! This year we are raising money for Shoreditch Trust's Emergency Meal Appeal to help provide meals for families in Hackney

Please donate what you can, and don't forget to wear your Christmas/Festive Jumper on Friday 11th December!

Shoreditch Trust supports and serves the Hackney community. They have transformed WaterHouse, a social enterprise training restaurant, into an emergency food hub delivering 200 fully prepared meals every week, to people who cannot cook at home, including stroke survivors who are unable to prepare food, pregnant women and new mums in hostels, families with children, older people without family, people returning home from hospital and people in emergency accommodation. This fundraising page is to help feed families and people in Hackney.
