Salam everyone, My name is Ammar if you dont know me,
I am currently a medical student sutdying up in the North. I will also be involved in Charity Week 2019 and have high aspirations to lead charity-related events in our Islamic Society and other medical-related socieites I am part of.
I have previously climbed Mount Snowdon around this time last year. Although, it was a tough job trying to reach my target of £250. Alhamdillulah, I had reached just over £400.00. Aswell as experiencing one of the best moments of my life, it has inspired me to help make a bigger difference for all the poor and needy children out there today.
I then pursued my ambition and desire by taking on the Kinder Scout Mountain Trek in Wales from Charity Week 2018. I fell in love with everything we had done in Charity Week 2018, not to mention coming 2nd as a university for the highest donations !
Education is a key that unlocks countless opportunities. It is a way out of poverty, a driving force for social change and an important aspect of personal development and welfare. Therefore, it is at the heart of the work Muslim Hands do.The funds raised through Zip World Velocity 2019 will go towards supporting needy orphans around the world, providing them access to a free, quality education. This includes covering their school fees, transport to and from school, uniform, books, school resources, daily nutritional meals, regular health check-ups, and so much more. Our aim is to provide opportunities that empower the next generation to build a better future for themselves.
Even as small as 5 or 10 pounds donation could make a huge difference to them. Remember they are humans like us, they deserve the same blessed life as us, but they are out there scared to go out, desperate to find water, families separated......
Support now by donating today.
